机组采用一体模块化设计，由自动称重计量机、包装主机、自动供袋机组成；根据需求可选配单、双称重和高、低速称重计量系统，采用具备A/智能运算和自学习的控制系统，自动调整和优化参数，使速度和精度处于最佳状态；同时可根据后端皮带式称重系统反馈的精度值进行自动分析和运算，自动对计量系统进行参数调整，每小时速度可达600~1200包，适用物料范围达10~50KG。
The unit adopts an integrated modular design, consisting of an automatic weighing and measuring machine, a packaging main unit, and an automatic bag feeding machine. Depending on requirements, it can be equipped with single or dual weighing systems and high-speed or low-speed weighing and measuring systems. It utilizes a control system featuring A/ intelligent computation and self-learning capabilities, automatically adjusting and optimizing parameters to maintain optimal speed and precision. Simultaneously, it performs automatic analysis and computation based on precision feedback from the rear belt-type weighing system, automatically adjusting the parameters of the weighing system. It can achieve a speed of 600 to 1200 bags per hour and is suitable for materials ranging from 10 to 50 kg.
